Not every roof needs replacing. Sometimes it’s a cracked pipe boot, a failed valley, or a dozen shingles the last storm took. We’ll come out, get on the roof, take pictures, and tell you straight what we find.
If it can be repaired, we’ll tell you that. We’d rather do a $600 repair honestly than sell you a roof you don’t need yet.
