You’ll be dealing with Rick.
Rick Ross Exteriors is a small outfit on purpose. When you call, you get Rick. When somebody’s on your roof looking at the damage, that’s Rick or Lee. When the insurance adjuster shows up, Rick’s standing there with him.
That’s slower to scale and it’s the whole point. Nobody hands your job to a salesman who’s never held a shingle.
What we believe
Rick and Joan Ross run this company, and we’re Christ followers.
We’d rather that showed up in how we treat people than in how we advertise. For us it comes down to a few plain things:
- The number on your proposal is the number you pay.Anything that changes, changes in writing, with your say-so first.
- We tell you the truth about your roof.Including when the truth is that it's got five good years left and you should call us back then.
- We build the parts you'll never see the same as the parts you will.Nobody inspects the underlayment. We install it like somebody will.
- We finish what we start.And we come back when we say we're coming back.
- We treat your house like somebody lives there.Because somebody does.
Most people call us on a bad day. There’s water coming through the ceiling, or a storm took half the shingles off, or the insurance company isn’t returning calls. Meeting folks at a hard moment and doing right by them is the part of this work that matters most to us.
The eagle on our logo
There’s a verse under it. That’s not decoration.
“But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.” — Isaiah 40:31
A South Carolina roof in July will teach a man something about that verse. We’ve leaned on it a long while.
