Remove and dispose of existing shingles and debris. Everything comes off and leaves in our truck, not your yard.

Replace bad decking
Deteriorated roof sheathing replaced. Three sheets included; anything beyond that is priced up front, never as a surprise.

The layer between your decking and your shingles. Synthetic outlasts felt and doesn't tear when it gets wet.

Perimeter starter course
Locks down the first row so wind can't get underneath your edges.

Ice and water shield
In the valleys and around every roof penetration. Valleys and pipe boots are where roofs leak. This is where we seal them.

Six nails per shingle
Code minimum is four. In a coastal wind zone, six is what we'd want on our own house.

Shingle-over ridge vents
Lets attic heat out. A hot attic cooks shingles from underneath and shortens the life of the whole roof.

5½" aluminum drip edge
Carries water off the roof instead of behind your fascia.

Neveleak pipe flashing
All pipe flashing replaced. Lifetime rated. Old rubber boots crack in about ten years and start leaking around your bathroom vents.

Re-flash and re-seal
Inspect, re-flash and re-seal all flashing as needed — chimneys, walls, skylights.

Tarp and plywood protection for landscaping and property. Your shrubs and your siding get covered before anything comes off.

Driveway, patio and yard swept with a magnetic sweeper. Roofing nails and bare feet don't mix. We go over everything twice.
